Exact costs will vary depending upon subject matter, level of detail, size and research/revisions required, however the following guideline prices for 2012 ought to help:

black and white/traditional pencil - £15-£45

full colour/traditional pencil - £40 - £90

black and white/traditional ink - £30-£60

full colour ink + digital - £50 - £90
